Renters Insurance Program

As a Madison resident, you will be required to carry a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage and a minimum of $10,000 personal contents coverage.  You can purchase a policy with any carrier or you can purchase a policy through Assurant and pay monthly with your rent.  If you choose to purchase a policy with another carrier, make sure you listed your interested party as:  Insurance Tracking | P.O.
