New Acquisition in Texas

Madison Apartment Group closed on a 320-unit property in Humble, Texas, one of the fastest-growing submarkets of Houston. Humble is just north of Houston where most of the residents work, followed by Humble and Kingwood. The Parkway on Westlake is a Class A apartment community developed in 2018 along the West Lake Houston Parkway. Amenities include signature features such as a golfing simulator, expansive fitness center with spin/yoga studio, Infiniti edge style pool, outdoor lounge, and a library. The selection of thoughtfully designed floorplans include studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom apartments and townhomes. Some floorplans include attached garages. Each spacious floorplan was constructed with 42-inch custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and white subway tile backsplashes.

Madison Apartment Group is thrilled to welcome Inspira, a 304-unit Class A apartment community located in Naples, Fl, to the portfolio. The community is located in the heart of the Medical District, minutes from historic downtown. Even though our residents were unable to enjoy the previously scheduled April Resident Events, our teams worked together to supply over 4,700 pizzas from 18 local pizzerias to our residents.
