New Acquisition in Texas

Madison Apartment Group closed on a 320-unit property in Humble, Texas, one of the fastest-growing submarkets of Houston.  Humble is just north of Houston where most of the residents work, followed by Humble and Kingwood.  The Parkway on Westlake is a Class A apartment community developed in 2018 along the West Lake Houston Parkway.  Amenities include signature features such as a golfing simulator, expansive fitness center with spin/yoga studio, Infiniti edge style pool, outdoor lounge, and a library.   The selection of thoughtfully designed floorplans include studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom apartments and townhomes.  Some floorplans include attached garages.  Each spacious floorplan was constructed with 42-inch custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and white subway tile backsplashes.

Madison Apartment Group is thrilled to welcome Inspira, a 304-unit Class A apartment community located in Naples, Fl, to the portfolio.  Inspira is located within the Lely Resort, at the intersection of Rattlesnake Hammock Road and Grand Lely Drive, a short 15 minutes southeast of downtown Naples with its many shops, restaurants, hotels, and beaches.

As we navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic, Madison Apartment Group wants residents and local businesses to know that we stand together.  Madison Apartment Group is proud to continue to support local businesses and give back to our residents during this time of social distancing.

Even though our residents were unable to enjoy the previously scheduled April Resident Events, our teams worked together to supply over 4,700 pizzas from 18 local pizzerias to our residents.  In a continued effort to bring our communities together during this time, we have future events planned in the coming months.  Stay tuned for the "sweet" treats!
