Madison Apartment Group closed on a 320-unit property in Humble, Texas, one of the fastest-growing submarkets of Houston. Humble is just north of Houston where most of the residents work, followed by Humble and Kingwood. The Parkway on Westlake is a Class A apartment community developed in 2018 along the West Lake Houston Parkway. Amenities include signature features such as a golfing simulator, expansive fitness center with spin/yoga studio, Infiniti edge style pool, outdoor lounge, and a library. The selection of thoughtfully designed floorplans include studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom apartments and townhomes. Some floorplans include attached garages.
