At Madison Apartment Group, the health and well-being of our employees and residents are our number one priority.   

We continue to monitor developments from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and other government entities at the national, state and local levels.  We have implemented initiatives at our properties in response to these developments, including but not limited to:
  • Temporarily closing common area amenities including clubhouses, business centers, resident lounges, coffee stations, pools, and fitness centers.
  • Providing virtual leasing tours to limit in-person foot traffic and maintain social distancing.
  • Limiting access to our staff offices by communicating via phone, email and sending messages through the Resident Portal whenever possible.
  • Having our Maintenance teams respond only to emergency work orders at this time.
  • Enhancing our already diligent cleaning protocols.
Madison will continue to protect our employees, support our residents and operate our communities as safely as possible.  We recognize the importance of clear communication and will continue to provide updates through these rapidly changing times.
