Become a Madison Vendor

We are pleased to invite you to become a Madison Apartment Group vendor.  We partner with RealPage Vendor Credentialing to manage our vendor compliance and Ops Technology to manage our invoicing system.  Each enrollment is 3 easy steps. 

Enroll in Vendor Credentialing:
1. Click on Make Payment to pay the enrollment fee
     - $99 for on-site vendors
     - $80 for off-site vendors
2. Go to the Requirements tab
3. Select Madison Apartment Group's Submit Documents
     - Online W-9
     - Sign the online Vendor Agreement
     - Upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI) if applicable
     - Upload your Trade License if applicable
*If you are already enrolled, add Madison Apartment Group to "My Client Properties"

Enroll in Ops Technology:
1. Enter the invitation code based on your desired subscription type
     - Electronic Invoice:  invoice2626
     - Managed Catalog: catalog2626
2. Enter Madison's passcode:  1212400
3. Complete enrollment by making payments based on your selected subscription type
