water conservation programs, we're continually looking to refine
and implement green friendly practices and procedures in every way
possible at every community we own and manage.
In our management offices nationwide, we've implemented a full scale paperless program to further our green friendly initiative. We encourage all of our residents to use our innovative, online leasing solutions to not only apply but also to execute their new and renewal lease documents. Plus, we upload all resident documents to our online Resident Portal to reduce paper consumption at our communities. Furthermore, we offer convenience free ACH payments to promote online, check free payment processing.
We’re dedicated to giving back to the neighborhoods and communities in which we operate. We encourage our team members and our residents to get involved in local charitable organizations and causes.
Since 2006, Madison has been proud to partner with The National Kidney Foundation. Each year, we actively raise funds and awareness for all of the NKF’s research, programs, and initiatives. As a corporate sponsor of one of NKF’s most popular events, the annual Kidney Walks, we host a variety of events at our communities to inspire and encourage our residents to participate in the foundation and its many events.
