More than 6,000 residents in Philadelphia, Atlanta, Memphis, Lenexa, Harrisburg and other towns across the U.S. will be able to take advantage of ultra-fast Internet and Wi-Fi speeds, reliable digital phone service and next-generation video capabilities via XFINITY X1.

Many Madison Apartment Group properties have been freshly rehabilitated, with completely renovated units, common spaces and amenities – one of the most important of which is access to the latest technology services to ensure that residents are connected virtually anywhere within the building.

XFINITY X1 features thousands of hit movies and the latest TV shows on-demand, as well as apps that let residents share personal photos, videos and much more.
In addition to delivering the full suite of XFINITY services, Comcast also provides XFINITY Communities residents and staff with a single point of contact for customer service and account management. These dedicated community account representatives (CARs) can help coordinate installations, troubleshoot disruptions, process service changes and assist with move-in, move-out and property transfers.
