Terri has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Most recently, she was the Marketing and Branding Director for Post Properties where she managed marketing and advertising initiatives for property operations and corporate communications. While at Post, Terri played an integral role in developing successful marketing programs as well as internal and external communications plans. She was co-chair of the Customer Satisfaction Committee, implementing plans that increased both resident and associate satisfaction. She also served on the Technology Strategy Committee, giving feedback and developing communications plans for technology implementation for property operations.
Terri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and an executive management certificate for Branding in the 21st Century from Emory University’s School of Business. She also holds certifications from the American Strategic Management Institute in Green Marketing and Branding & Marketing Excellence.
