Dana Caudell, one of Madison’s regional property managers, has been inducted as The Chair of The Apartment Association of Greater Orlando’s (AAGO) Legislative Committee in addition to Chairing the local Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Chapter 60’s Legislative Committee. In this capacity, she will work with the Government Affairs Director at AAGO and The Florida Apartment Association (FAA) to identify key issues that will affect the multi-family and real estate industries and determine how to address them with the state and federal governments.

In 2012, Dana will attend Legislative Days in Tallahassee and Washington, D.C. as one of the speakers on behalf of FAA’s Legislative Committee. Legislative Days is a two day event in Tallahassee (FAA-February) and Washington DC (IREM-March) during which members of the local Florida apartment associations and IREM chapters gather and meet with state and federal representatives to discuss legislation that will impact the multi-family and real estate industries.
