We are pleased to announce that Jeremy Devlin has joined Madison Apartment Group as regional property manager for the Reading, Pennsylvania and Connecticut region. His responsibilities will include overseeing the operations and management of 9 of Madison’s multi-family communities totaling 1,947 units. The communities include:
- Madison at Chestnut Hill
- Madison at Northwoods
- Madison at Park Court
- Madison at Concord Court
- Madison at Exeter
- Madison at Woodlands
- Madison at Victoria Crossing
- Madison at Wynnewood Park
- Madison at Reed Farm
Prior to joining Madison, Jeremy was a district manager for Picerne Development Corporation where he oversaw the management of a portfolio of 11 multi-family properties totaling 1,400 units. Previously, he was a regional director and senior property manager with PRG Real Estate Management, Inc. where he was responsible for a portfolio of 10 multi-family properties, totaling 1,800 units. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is a Certified Property Management (CPM) candidate.
