Madison Apartment Group’s Regional Manager Jason Charcut and Service Director Chris Schuler were honored by the Apartment Association of Kansas City (AAKC) at the association’s annual Crystal Merits Awards ceremony on Saturday, February 23, 2013. Each year, the AAKC recognizes apartment management companies, properties and personnel for excellence with over 90 Crystal Merit Awards.

Jason Charcut was awarded the Multi-Site Supervisor of the Year. As a Regional Property Manager, Jason oversees seven of Madison’s apartment communities, located in Illinois, Kansas City, Missouri and Michigan on behalf of the firm. In Kansas City, Kansas and Missouri, he is responsible for the operations of Madison Wood View, Madison The Woodlands and Madison Walnut Creek.

Madison’s Service Director Chris Schuler was honored with the Best Maintenance Technician of the Year award. As the Service Director at Madison Walnut Creek, Chris oversees the maintenance operations and service team at the 350 unit apartment community located in Kansas City, Missouri.

The Apartment Association of Kansas City was established in 1974 to serve the apartment industry along with the National Apartment Association and the Kansas and Missouri associations. The AAKC serve 583 members with over 52,164 units, which consist of apartment property owners, developers, managers and member communities.
