Madison Apartment Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Allison Strickland to Divisional Training Coordinator, South Division and Maggie Swartz as Divisional Training Coordinator, North Division. In their newly created positions, Allison and Maggie will be providing online and in person training for Madison’s community team members. They will also be developing new training programs and resource materials for the entire suite of software products and services that Madison has instituted during the past year.
“As property operations have gotten increasingly more complex and technology driven, we’ve begun to ask a lot more of our community teams in terms of mastering a variety of software and systems,” explained Dean Holmes, chief operating officer at Madison. “Consequently, it’s important for us to insure that we provide adequate training and support on an ongoing basis to our team members. I believe that in their newly created positions as Divisional Training Coordinators, Allison and Maggie will further guarantee we’re doing just that.”
Allison brings over 17 years of property management experience to her new role as the Divisional Training Coordinator for the South Division. For the past 7 years, she has served as the Community Director at Madison Breckinridge in Atlanta, Georgia. She studied business administration at Georgia State University.
Since joining Madison in 2004, Maggie has served at a number of communities, the most recent of which was Madison Hunt Club in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, where she was the Community Director. Maggie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania.
The creation of these new Divisional Training Coordinator positions represents just another step Madison has taken to build a best-in-class training and field support capability. Earlier this year, the company announced the creation and appointment of Tivoli Harris to Resource Support Coordinator, a new support desk position designed to provide one central point of contact for software and system support questions for the company’s community team members.
