Madison Apartment Group, L.P., one of the premier housing providers in the United States with nearly 19,000 units, has announced the addition of two regional property managers assigned to the Georgia/North Carolina and West Coast regions.

Lisa Baker joins Madison as regional property manager for the Georgia/North Carolina region. As a 20-year veteran in the multi-family housing industry, her responsibilities at BPG include overseeing the operations and management of 9 multi-family communities totaling 2,754 units in Georgia and North Carolina. Baker comes from a vice president role at RAM Partners, LLC where she was a regional manager within Georgia.
Lori Franceschini joins Madison as regional property manager for the West Coast region. With more than 20 years in the multi-family industry, she is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of eight multi-family communities totaling 2,066 units in Utah, California, Oregon and Washington states. Franceschini comes from CFH Group as the vice president of property management.
