Madison Apartment Group is pleased to announce that Tivoli Harris has been named the Resource Support Coordinator, a newly created support desk position designed to provide one central point of contact for software and system support questions for the company’s community team members.

“As we looked to enhance our community training and support, Tivoli was an excellent candidate for this newly created position,” commented Dean Holmes, chief operating officer at Madison. “Since joining Madison, Tivoli has been a valued team member. She is well respected by her team members and senior management for her attention to detail and dedication to supporting her colleagues in the field.”

Madison’s Directors Advisory Panel, a collective of community directors from around the country, were instrumental in the creation of the new position as it was one of their earliest recommendations to senior management.

In the last nine months, Madison has adopted some of the latest software to drive revenue and provide a greater level of services to its residents. This newly created position is just another step the company is taking to increase the level of systems and training support within its organization.
