Madison Apartment Group is proud to announce that Dana Caudell, regional property manager overseeing six Madison Florida properties, is a 2011 Leadership Lyceum Nominee. This prestigious nomination is awarded to 20 people nationwide through the National Apartment Association (NAA).
The NAA Leadership Lyceum works to identify and develop a well-informed and highly motivated group of emerging multifamily housing leaders, people with a broad-based vision for and strong commitment to the mission and strategic objectives of NAA and its affiliated associations.
In addition to her involvement with the NAA, Caudell also serves as board member on the 2011 Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO) Board of Directors and Legislative Committee.
Dana recently joined Madison Apartment Group in October 2010, as regional property manager overseeing six corporate owned assets consisting of 1,700 apartment homes throughout the state of Florida. Prior to Madison, Dana worked for Alliance Residential Company aggressively overseeing their Florida property management operations as a regional manager and director of client services overseeing new business development within the state of Florida.
